At Steeli, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • United States: Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly.

  • Steeli is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (U.S.) or 25 business days (international), please contact us at steeli@reemaze.com We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
